Reign is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. His background of fitness stems from the proverbial yin and yang, in other words soft and hard. Training in the style of Muay Thai and Jeet Kune Do, he balanced his warrior spirit with the soft art of tai chi and yoga in Bali. From the jungles of Asia to the jungles of Los Angeles, he culminates the embodiment of mind, body and spirit in his pursuit to support fellow HiiT 11 fitness partners in their journey of physical, mental and spiritual enlightenment.
