Louis

Louis was born in the Philippines, raised in San Diego and is now hustling in LA. Being the son of a Navy SEAL, fitness has had an impact on Louis’s life from a young age so a career as a fitness instructor was always going to be a natural fit. Katie

Katie is a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, private chef and former professional dancer/choreographer in NY and NJ. Katie has over 10 years experience teaching and is certified in TRX, Surfset, PIYO (Pilates, Yoga Fusion by Beachbody), Insanity and Body Pump. Her spicy, kick butt Jersey personality will work your body from head to toe with fun music and make your 45 minute class feel like only 15! Megan

Megan comes to HiiT11 from the east coast and exhibits a southern hospitality with a student-athlete mentality. She is a former NCAA DII volleyball student-athlete and has over 10 years’ experience coaching on the court and in the gym. Meganhas obtained certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Nutrition Specialist, TRX and Schwinn Cycling Instructor. Hard work with teamwork is her motto, and she pushes her classuntil there is no more time left on the clock.

Nico

Received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, at the University of Maryland. Nico has a background in Strength and Conditioning with pro/ college athletes. Upon moving to LA his focused changed to health and wellness. His specialties include: Weight loss transformation Athletic performance Functional training Body Building He also is an upcoming actor! If he’s your trainer you can expect inspiration and motivation with great music! He’s get you a great workout while keeping you safe with good form and breathing techniques!

Krista

Krista Jasper was a former professional gymnast. She trained for 2008 Olympics and won 3 ACC championships while on full scholarship at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her passion for health and fitness continued, coaching young competitive gymnasts until she moved to LA where she transitioned into personal training and leading group fitness classes. Some of her specialities include HIIT training, calisthenics, animal flow, and weight loss.

Jeremy

Jeremy Winter is 27 years old from a small town in Northeast Ohio called Tallmadge. Growing up he was always involved with sports and being active. He started swimming at the age of 3 and was competing from the age of 4 all the way through college. He was starting varsity and captain his senior year of high school. He also was apart of his tennis and track team. He was also a big part of his marching band through high school. He moved to California in the fall of 2015. In 2016 he got his personal training certification in NCSF and has been personal training and boot camp coaching since.
